Is there a way to get a Bluetooth Toggle on Lockscreen?

To save having to unlock the phone an so on.

I'm assuming you mean the OEM Touchwiz lockscreen. For that, I'm not sure.

I've used Widgetlocker over OEM lockscreens for the past several years. What's great about Widgetlocker is that, it can be customized to add widgets like a bluetooth toggle. For me, I love it because I can still access the notification drop down, even when on the lockscreen. Only thing that prevents access to the notification dropdown is when my security lock code goes into effect.
