Help bluetooth trouble

when i listen to the radio using bluetooth, i try to turn the volume up on the bluetooth, it voice dials someone, how do i stop it
 
bluetooth seems kinda glitchy.

I own a Prius, and I have problems dialing out and receiving when I use bluetooth. This only happens when I have the auxiliary connected to listen to MP3s and podcasts.
