Help Bluetooth, Wifi and headset problem

When I start my Desire HD and try to connect to Wifi or bluetooth it cannot be turned on. It says error, but sometimes after trying 10 times, one of them gets turned on.
Besides this, it always gives me the icon at the top of a headset which is connected. However, this is not the case.
I tried reverting to factory settings, but still no luck.
Anyone got any advice ?

Does it still do the headset thing after a factory reset?

Even if not, if and you're still unable to connect after a factory reset, I'd say it's a hardware issue and you may need to call HTC.
