Help bluetooth wont turn on?

Reboot, switch in and out of airplane mode...

I'd say try to turn on bluetooth from the settings instead of the pull down notification area to see if it tells you its status and/or informs you of some weird errors.

Pull the battery out of the phone, wait 30 seconds before plugging it back in.

power phone back up and see if bluetooth is working. If its still not working try turning airplane mode on for 30 seconds and then turn it back off.

if its still not turning on perform a factory reset.

if after factory reset its still not working, take it back and exchange for a new one.

pulled the battery and it worked. should of thought of that. works with every other phone. Thanks guys!
