Help bluetooth wont turn on

I was messing around with my phones bluetooth deleting old pairs i had, then tried to connect to my bt headphones that i disconnected a couple minutes prior. it wouldnt let me connect to them, or delete any more pairs. i restarted and now my bluetooth wont turn on. i tried a battery pull and still nothing. help?
 
i had the same problem. i tried soft reset, hard reset, deleting bluetooth setting data, pulling battery out but nothing worked

so i went for the factory reset (after backing up to the sd card with astro) and it looks like its working. hopefully this will be fixed, i don't like wasting time setting up all of my homescreens, etc.
 
I know this thread is a bit old, but it did save me a lot of head ache. I didn't have to do a factory reset though. All I did was "delete cache data" and my bluetooth started to work again.

When I saw that as a menu option i figured I would try that first, I am glad it worked out.
