BLUR account

What exactly needs to be in your BLUR account for everything to run smoothly? For instance, I have Twitter and my yahoo mail in there but also have the market apps for them so is it necessary to have both? I don't want to waste unnecessary battery if both are running. Thanks.
 
The only things in my Blur account are my Google and Facebook accounts. And, that's really all you need. Google so that the market account works (And it enables other Google features). And, Facebook to bring your FB contacts onto the phone.

I run the Gmail app, the Yahoo mail app, Facebook app, Twidroyd (for twitter)....

I don't use the stock messaging apps at all. (I use Handcent SMS for txt'ing.)
 
I have a question about the facebook contacts added to your phone contacts through blur.

I deleted my gf's facebook contact out of my phone contacts and can't get it to sync back in. I've deleted my fb account from blur, rebooted the phone and added my fb account again and it added everyone but her.

Any ideas on how to add her fb profile back into my phone contacts?
