Help Blutooth "available devices" list- how to remove

on my Note 2 there is a device in Available devices in the bottom of the bluetooth devices list that I have never used or saved, it is not in range or available.

But it will not vanish, how do I get rid of it? I have tried turning phone on and off, turning bluetooth off and on etc but it is still there.

Have you tried to "clear data" on the Bluetooth Share app under application manager? But It will probably clear your paired device data also, so try at your own risk!
