Hi,
I have AVG anti-virus loaded, and I'd like a shortcut on my home page so that I can run it when I want to.
How do I do this please?

Go into the app drawer and long press on the application icon. Then you will be brought to the home screen and you can just release it there.

Not sure where the "app drawer" is!

I found Applications Manager in Settings, but long press doesn't do anything.

The app drawer is the thing on the main screen that says apps. It's the box with 4x4 row/columns of dots. Press that, and you'll get all your apps. That's the app drawer.

I never knew the Apps were there, so the shortcut is not really necessary now, is it. But I made one anyway, and it works!
