Help Bookmarks synced with Chrome on PC

Is there a way to prevent syncing my Chrome bookmarks on my PC with the stock browser? There are some bookmarks I just don't want on my phone and vice versa.

Don't sign in with your google account when you first open chrome.

Also, check out the settings screen if you already signed in.

i believe if you go to settings and the accounts and sync, and then go to google and uncheck the "sync internet" circle then that might do it.
