Help Books Keeps Re-enabling

Multiple times I have disabled the stock Books app on my Nexus but I keep finding it enabled once again. Anyone know what could be doing this?

Edit: I have found that this occurs upon reboot yet none of the other disabled apps do this. How can I stop this from happening?

i had the same problem with that and google plus...i decided to just leave them installed because it would always ask me to update them once they re-enabled
