Boost "Customer Service" does blow finding a live person to talk to is like finding an honest man . . . . . but I guess you get what you pay for. I use this number: 888.706.0583. I googled support, and found this number, along with the keys you need to press to get to a person (deepest apologies, I don't remember the site I got it from.) It's not the dealer number (I hear they can get really snippish when a non-dealer calls). I've seen someone post that they just tell the rep that they are in a store and that an associate called, but got pulled away.

Called it numerous times.. Never got hung up on or snippish on this end, but good info sir... Needed that five days ago

could not have said it better .. The folks here have helped myself and many others make the prevail what we have today .. I will be moving off the prevail to a new phone on boost and had to add a thanks to this forum, all the devs, and users that do such a great job here.
