Root [Boost Mobile] ADB Flash???

Does anyone know if its possible to flash a rom through adb... if so how? thanks

Yes...push rom to sdcard then echo commands to /cache/recovery/command pointing to the file then reboot recovery...search the forum and you'll find where I outlined this method in more detail
