Wow it sure has been a while.. quite some supprises on the way too (shinru's a mod?! )! I don't have my warp sold yet (so i have rights to post here ) but believe it or not ill be goin into rom dev as well. My first project will be simple (to me anyhow lol). I'm gonna be using my evo since my warp is still sitting in its box.

I want to incorperate:

-init.d support
-crt effects
-GPU UI rendering (this might be hard and sense needs it lol)
-Beats audio
-build.prop tweaks
-deodexed
-bloatware removed
-extended power menu

And maybe a thing or more that I can't think of

However.. the deal breaker between getting help here instead of the evo thread is a little thing we all call sense XD so im sure that doing this with help from a non-sense (i dont mean it in that way lol) phone will be dramastically different than a phone with sense.. But since this is a dev thread i'd thought id like to share my 2 cents
