Root [Boost Mobile] Can't root

I followed the directions and and when I double click the .bat file and it comes with multiple entries saying device not found then it says daemon server started sucessfuly and just sits there...

Make sure the ZTE drivers are installed properly. Refer to the guide on how to get drivers.

Also, make sure USB debugging is turned on (under Settings/Applications/Development) and that once you connect the USB cable you pull down the notification area, press on USB connected, then press turn on USB storage.

Make sure your extracting the warp drive folder and not double clicking the (rar file). Also run as admin if your using vista or 7

Ok when I check use debugging.. I am pretty sure an Icon is suppose to appear in the pull down bar.. I don't really see the notification for usb debugging :/
