Is there a way to change my signal bar look with out downloading a rom?

Where do I find those apps n I'm using shinru rom

Okay if you're on shins rom you can unzip the rom on your PC. Navigate to system/app for the system UI and system/framework for the framework-res.apk. go to uot kitchen. Google that cos I'm in mobile and can't remember the URL off the top of my head...and when I get a moment ill post a link to some other information cos you need to rename some files.

Follow the directions there after making a theme, flash in CWM, make sure you clear cache and whatnot. Then you should have themed bars.

Rom toolbox is super easy and user friendly and sometimes an icon wont work so pick another just be carful on boot animations some withh freeze up on boot the you get to reflash

I did my theme on uot kitchen n I put it on my done then I installed it but it kept bootlooping
