OK I know how to do my back ups, restores, wipes and such. but shouldn't it also restore all your last settings and such like wallpaper, launcher, apps and contacts with out resigning back in and having to re-download everything again from the play store? Please don't say I should be using Titanium Back Up because it does not work right at all. It keeps locking up. So I have to keep going back to the store and downloading everything. I did find an app called App Back Up and Restore which works pretty good. But CWM should be doing this for me right? I know it did on my prevail. Am I doing something wrong? Any help would be great on how to do this right.

This is the fix, it only works if you flash it first, then make a backup. It fixes a data partition check, that zte put in . Some how the system thinks that there is something wrong with the data partition and wipes it. Anyways

i would make back-ups and when i would restore one nothing would b in it...everything was delete.
instead of having everything from the back-up i did... is that the same problem
?

Thanks lol.
So i just flash it before im going to make a back-up?
So when i restore its all good right?

Yep, and you should only have to do it once, consecutive backups should retain the fix
