I've been expecting an ICS rom since i get my warp but nothing, thanks to the devs for all the hardwork in making kernel and trying to get sourcecode, one question i have,is it legal that companies doesn't release kernel sourcecodes for phones here in the US? Im coming from EVO and its not easy to almost not test any rom, really it makes my device boring...

Rude. Don't ask devs when they will have a project done. Appreciate their hard work and bask in their glory when your phone becomes awesome after stock. Btw this should be in all things root Sexton. Cheers.

Yes please be patient, we don't even have a working kernel. ZTE is technically being illegal by not releasing a complete source but we'll only go that rout if Hroark13 can't pull it off. Patience is a virtue. I was antsy at first when this thing came out at first but keep in mind most ppl do have contracts and were lucky to have more than 1 dev for the phone. Right now if you want to customize it I'd suggest checking out UOT because for now that's the extent of what we can do for the most part as far as looks. There is CM7 but it's not complete.

sorry guys I'm not trying to being rude or mean I really appreciate the hardwork of the devs but patience is not my strong. but I will do some stuff to see if we can get the source code, we'll be checking later

We are very close to a kernel, only issue is head set audio not working or something of the like. I'm sure CM7 will be released first and CM9 after that. Shinru is working on OC'ing which is awesome :)

Didn't sound rude to me sounded like he was asking about an official 4.0

Yeah under gnu gpl v2 which is what the Linux and android kernel is released under they are required to within 30 days or it breaks copyright laws and every one who has officially contributed on the Linux and android kernel up to where zte forked their build from can Sue them :):), including Linus Torvalds himself!

problem is just like on teh samsung prevail. samsung released everything they were required to do, the rfs drivers arent under gpl and therefore dont have to be released within it...

without those it kinda made mounting rfs partitions (/system /data/ cache) rather difficult :P
