Root [Boost Mobile] [DEV]Compiled Stock Kernal ClockWorkMod Flashable

Super huge bump. I've decided I want to move on from modding stock roms into what I call true development. I figure the best place to start is to compile a kernel, and 5 minutes in I'm lost lol. I can not figure out which defconfig is the correct one. I was hoping that maybe someone could help out. I dug through the forum to a time when v6 scripts were still the topic of the day, and still was not able to find the infomration I was looking for.
