Root [Boost Mobile] Flash Player 11 Help!

so i did a factory reset on my phone. then went to system updates and let it do its thing.. well i go to android market to re-install my previous apps.. some pro versions, but nonetheless, one of my paid apps says its now not compitible.. so i do su binary update.. fixes compatibilities with my paid app and few other but now flash player 11 isnt... whats really going on? should i just do a full factory reset again?
