For some reason my GPS turns itself on, and for the life of me I can't figure out why it does. Does anyone else have this happen to them, and if so, can you tell me how to get it to stop? I use the power control widget and that's how i've noticed that the GPS has turned itself on. It's killing my battery life and not to mention driving me absolutely nuts! So please help me out if you can, thanks a lot.

Try wiping cache/dalvik cache, and fixing permissions through recovery. I had this happen to me a while ago and this got rid of the problem.
Is Wi-Fi not sticking or just Bluetooth?

I'm running a stock deodexed. I've cleared davlink and cache.should I fix permissions through recovery or through root browser?

do it thru recovery. I remember a while ago someone figured out that certain tweaks can cause toggles not to stick .are you using cwm or twrp?

Edit; if fixing permissions doesn't work, than it could likely be a tweak; is so open a file manager and navigate to
sys/etc./init.d and delete loopy smoothness.

I've moved this over to the Boost Mobile Warp ATR forum to try and get you some better answers.:)

This issue is most likely the cause of some app that is running that updates your location periodically.

Also, the wifi toggle not sticking sounds like an issue with your dalvik cache, you can go to recovery and wipe that and it should fix it, also do a fix permissions while you are in recovery.

If the issue persists after the steps above, I would do a factory data reset and then install apps back one by one (don't restore anything).

Another easier approach: I would highly recommend updating to a custom ROM, my ROM (n00b) is great on battery.
