1. Go to settings/about phone/Status and write down your MEID_DEC number.
2. Go to android market and download MEID Converter https://market.android.com/details?id=com.splicedmedia.android.meidconverter
3. Open MEID Converter and enter your MEID_DEC number and press calculate.
4. Read where it says MetroPCS SPC and write down these numbers in a safe place. (on the inside of your battery cover and on paper in your wallet). This is the SPC/MSL code for your phone.

This did not work for me. MEID Converter said my MEID_DEC # didn't have the correct amount of numerals. It was triple checked for exact-ness, number by number. I tried the normal MEID number and it worked.

To find mine, I went onto youtube...theres a video specific for the warp that guides you through using alogcat to find it. Takes 1min max

You can use it to change certain settings. Most of the people here use it to change their proxy address to make 3g faster
