Root [Boost Mobile] HELP! Need to root Tri-Band SPH-L710T after OTA latest update (L710TVPU0AO3)

Yes, because I tried to get the OTA rooted but it didn't work, I flashed the nf4 stock tar then took the ota then I tried to root, didn't work. Flash the nf4 stock tar again, this time I flashed the update zip. That's when I ask for help to root with latest update.

Did i do it wrong? Or risky?
 
You're right! I used the wipe for a new install ROM on Philz then flash the tar.

I guess i used this method on my own risk, lol!
 
I don't want to recommend this method but if anybody wants to try, be careful use on your own risk! Better yet, ask for advice.

Anyway, I want to thank you, your method help me root back my phone with the last update

So that update or file gets you complete stock? No root and does it reset knox?
 
The stock tar does and about the knox I'm not sure, it suppose to reset it, doesn't it? Sorry can't confirm that
 
Once you are completely stock, boot into stock recovery and flash the update zip, it worked for me

Will do I will do it in a bit the only reason I don't want root is because ever since I got this stock root deodoxed "Rom" playing some games I really enjoy fifa 15 being one of them or something like instagram force closes all the time............
 
I see, that should fix it. So, you just want to go back to stock and get the update? I'm pretty sure it will work for you
