Root [Boost Mobile] Help please!!!!!!

So I rooted my phone earlier today and think somehow it only half rooted. After "rooting" I tried to download Ti Backup but it told me I didn't have root access. So I tried to root again, and the pooo hit the fan. Everything started lagging real bad. Then I had a panic attack and decided to factory reset and the poo once again hit the fan.
I can make phone calls now but not much of anything else, no market, no apps and I can't establish a reliable data connection to the server.... and still lagging. What can I do to fix this??? How can I get rid of SuperUser?? This is my first smartphone and I know I shouldn't have rooted it but I did and now need some help fixing it... At the very least get Superuser off. I'm a noob so please keep that in mind. Thanks for any help you guys can give me.

Rooting shouldn't have caused all the problems, it kind of sounds like it didn't root completely I would try again.

Just tried to re root my phone from admin and got all the error logs, or did not find file logs. The phone was working fine till I decided to root. All I can do is call and receive calls but nothing else. So how can I do a complete restore to factory settings, NO Superuser? I tried the factory reset from the settings menu like MrBobo suggested 2 times now with the same results, still can't do anything....Does anyone have a factory download or something?? Like I said I have no market or email to the phone so all I can hope for is to hook up to my computer and fix it that way. Thanks again guys.

Try factory reset first .http://androidforums.com/zte-warp/480042-guide-factory-data-reset-hard-reset-ftm-mode.html
If that doesnt work see the ZTE online upgrade tool on the ZTE website. http://www.zteusa.com/support/mp/201201/P020120108252572663411.exe

Woodstock.... I tried the factory reset and the hard reset and still the same. Then I downloaded the Zte handset software.... downloaded fine, ftm'd my phone then ran as admin... unzips, downloads the unzipped files, then starts to update the phone..... It'll get to 6% and the phone turns off by 7% a message pops up letting me know that update has failed. I tried several times with the same results everytime. Anything else I can do?? or is it time to just get a new phone??

It looks like your doing everything correct. Only thing I can suggest is making sure the battery is fully charged and try again. Sorry

Something to try real quick before you give up. If the phone still works a little use the dialer and enter *983*87274# and choose only Diag then start the ZTE updater tool. See if it starts without going to FTM.
