Root [Boost Mobile] How to make a flashable zip??

I am trying to make a flashable zip of the framework.Res.apk . I modified icons and things in the Res folder. I'm unsure how to zip it and make it flashable.

I have 7zip, winrar, android signer, on My computer.

A little walkthrough would be appreciated.. Also I could have sworn jetx made a guide but can't find it on the forum's
