Root [Boost Mobile] Infrastructure tethering for the warp, is it possible?

Title says it all. Is there a way to do this? I need to connect my tablet to my warp's wifi, but it wont recognize ad-hoc.
 
What tablet do you have I may know of some generic wifi drivers that can enable ad-hoc mode for wifi, All android devices are capable of ad-hoc sometimes the manufacturer just blocks it because they don't support it.
 
i know DTM probably knows more about this than i do, but i got it to go infrastruction just no data transmit. someone said something that it was the kernal issue, but i dont know anything more than i was able to get it started, but no data tramission

It may be that. But more than likely the wifi drivers
 
If you use the bt setting on the pda app it will say no data or no connection but it does work on my acer even though it says no data
