Hmmm, I think you would still need to be running a JB Rom, but I dont see why not.
I'm not positive though.

I flashed halo bean 13 and gapps kk 20131021 got google now but problem with aosp keyboard kept FC ing

What i mean is i flashed it over 13 i was able to speak google and it went to a website but just sits there cant tap anything. and like i mention aosp keyboard error kept coming up. i even tried to download a 4.2 keyboard but no avail. I keep thinking its close to where we could have GN im not sure what it takes. Put it this way i try different gapps and they flash but you have to keep tapping back button to where you started before
