I have go launcher i want to switch over to miui but i cant find it in the market? what should i search to find it?

If you are talking about MIUI, you cannot use it, because doesn't exist yet for ZTE Warp. QuietStorm1785 is working in CM7, but is not ready yet, this is the only rom We could have soon.
You must have phone rooted and custom recovery to flash a custom rom like CM7.
