Root [Boost Mobile] Need help with this wifi issue

Like i flashed my warp with a fresh rom.n wiped everything n wen i fist try to cut on my wifi it turn on but after i cut it off n bak on.it force closes.i dont no if its the kernal or the prl
 
Ok Thomas did you change your proxies to 0.0.0.0? Or blank? It takes away your wifi. I have stuck with shins rom since it came out so I haven't dealt with the other roms. Which rom are you using and do u have a nandroid?

yes i changed it to my proxy to 0.0.0.0

Ok. Well I've done that 3 times and it takes away the phones ability to turn on wifi. Which also Makes you not be able to use wifi tether. Anyway I wrote down the original proxies and changed it back. And fixed permissions and rebooted over and over. Only thing that fixed it was restoring with a nandroid backup. Thank if I helped you
 
If you didn't make a backup which you should b4 any major change. You may have to flash the rom again and use titanium backup to restore your apps and data
