Root [Boost Mobile] Official CyanogenMod 11 Nightlies!

Blah.,.. You can't do anything with automated call centers... After you make the call it does not send other keypesses... Just made taking a credit card deal over the phone a bit tough.,....
Nightly 12-18

Edit...
Well I guess it work if you dial normally, but if you have a pre-setup-dial with pause/wait such as " 8004307161,,,,1,,345407074888# " then it does not process anything after that that you would need to manually enter after the pre-setup-dial

All right my friends, as a Christmas present to you all, here is the 12/25 nightly from CyanogenMod Team. No major bug fixes or anything that would normally justify flashing for me personally, but I snuck in a message for you guys that will show up when you are flashing in recovery, so watch the screen while the flash is taking place!

Christmas Version of CM11 Nightly 20131225

Merry Christmas everyone! I will be lurking the forums most of the day if anyone is bored or needs a break from family!

Christmas Version of CM11 Nightly 20131225

Merry Christmas everyone! I will be lurking the forums most of the day if anyone is bored or needs a break from family!
Merry Christmas man
Just to update I dirty flashed every build of Cm11 for a while and it's pretty stable I'm not having sd card issues and the data isn't sticking anymore so pretty much everything works fine..... I still can't figure out how to turn on hdr mode in the camera

So is anyone have a new build for boost. Like a new Nightlies ??

There is no true build for either Boost or VM, the ones provided here have just been modified and provided as a service for those who don't want to have to do the modifying on their own. Any CM11 nightly for Sprint (d2spr) is available for download and then modification as you desire. If you really want, I can modify and post the latest nightly, I have mainly only been posting ones that have significant bug fixes so far.

So in the latest build are there any changes with 4g or battery life , or any other bug fixes?

I haven't seen anything important in the change logs for at least a couple of weeks now, just standard nightly fare with things most regular users won't ever notice. Really, as far as I can tell, 12/15 was the last significant nightly, fixing camera and Bluetooth issues. As far as battery life, a better bet in general is to install a custom kernel and then tweak it. Even better yet, invest in a ZeroLemon 7000!

It seems like its nearly always just language translations

I don't even flash each nightly on my nexus 7 anymore. I wait at least a week or 2

Ditto, I used to religiously flash night lies on my phone and tablet, now just when something worthwhile happens. I'm more about trying other ROM's while keeping CM11 as my daily now.

Then you will want the dkp kernel for 4.4 that was built on 12/26/2013. Put it on your SD card, boot into recovery, then just flash and reboot back into system. Don't need to wipe anything unless you really want to wipe cache and Dalvik.

Edit: make sure you choose the AOSP folder, not the TW.

I believe this is the link to make it easier for you to find.

Have fun flashing! ;)

Okay I just had a problem :/ I just flashed the kernel posted and just flashed the lastest nightlies and I booted but found out I had no service but then I restarted now service is Back + how to I change kernel settings ?

+ now I do not have root access WTF!!!

Go back into recovery and flash the SuperSU .zip file and you should be fine. This wouldn't be a kernel issue, but sometimes a nightly here or there will have root issues. Out of curiosity, from a couple of posts back, are you flashing the kernel before or after the ROM flash? Every ROM has its own kernel, so to get a custom kernel to stick you have to flash it after the ROM flash, and this has to be done every time. The kernel that is part of the ROM will trump everything else when you flash a new nightly.

Okay and I flashed ROM and then kernel like every time .I don't know why it keeps wiping my service but when I rebooted it is back I don't know what going on with this phone

Here is my advice in general, for any ROM. From recovery, do a full wipe, I use Philz, so the option is "Clean to install new ROM." Do this two times if you want, being a little paranoid can be beneficial when dealing with a device that cost most of a paycheck. Flash just the ROM, then reboot. Let things "settle in" for five to ten minutes, don't do anything during this time frame, not even connecting WiFi. Go back to recovery and flash GApps if you are running an AOSP ROM, then reboot again. And then again, let things "settle in." At this point, connect WiFi, download Titanium Backup, restore what apps you want (do not restore "data" on anything unless you are sure it won't cause a conflict with the current ROM), and get things set up to your liking in general. Finally, once you are sure things are OK, one more time back to recovery, MAKE A BACKUP, and then flash whatever other mods you want, such as a custom kernel. This way, if things go sideways, you will have a functional backup that you can go back to and start over with while not starting over from literally square one.
