You need to use an alternative market that hosts it like blackmart or some other idont know many. But i dont think any are free so cant post a free link but google works wonders

The way emulators work is your supposed to buy the emulator and you need to have purchased the game to run it on.

Downloading paid apps for free or paid game bios would be pirating
