I have tried all the tricks to increase my bandwidth, such as the remove proxies and all the others. Absolutely none really increased my bandwidth for a permanant fix.

I came across this page and it is full of very good information.

Yes, I changed my primary to 68.28.88.77 and my secondary to 68.28.81.77. Currently getting 1 meg consistantly. Normally 400-600kbs this time of the day. Not positively sure if it has made a difference yet.
