i used every tether app n none of them is workibg.it gets to a point where i see it on wifi networks.like wen u scan for wifi networjs it pops up but it wont connect

Try Pdanet can find it on the market another good one is actually called clockworkmod also can be found in market same name as the warp recovery tool. Both are great tether programs.

I use "Barnacle" and its never gave me problems. keep in mind Thomas that Shins OC kernal has wifi problems (which makes Barnacle and all other tethering apps un-usable).
