Its easy if you have photoshop and know how to edit the right files.

Open uot files, just like if you were going to change signal bars. Find the file for your drop down screen, labeled something like status bar background, double click on it to make sure you have right file, extract to a folder.on windows 7 I open it to paint, right click, open, select paint. Then top left says paste, then paste from. Choose a file with pics. Pretty cool. Iam learning alot and doing alot of manual theming.
