Anyone care to look at this to see what is wrong, andutil won't let me compile unless I manually put in resources so my guess is resources is getting compiled twice??
But if you flash as is, it'll take away you status bar.

You need apktool to compile and decompile an apk. Also to sign it

I used andutil.
I think andutil signs system apps automatically too.
