Yeah your best bet is to start work on the phone remove apps add the ones you want it also on xda developers neroyoung has a guide on how to get setup for building a ROM hope that helps

Yea like Apollo said, just delete apps in titanium and then make a nandroid. Use your system folder and boot in the kitchen to deodex and things like that. (DELETE EMAIL.APK BEFORE DEODEXING) just word of advice. and then theme with uot kitchen. Compile a .zip using cwm templates, find the post its easy if you google zte warp cwm template. Thats pretty much how I started. When you get familial you can start to work with code and more advanced things. Good luck, its confusing but rewarding as Apollo and I have said before

A ROM Is what you want it to be so its all that much better you make it for you and hey BONUS people like it
