Root [Boost Mobile] what are the optimal settings for wi fi tether for root users on the noob rom?

It's slow now on the warp but I've seen it go much faster. What settings make it fast?

I leave everything at default except access control, i enable that, plus the vibrate on connect. I think the speed is determined by the amount of users on the network at any given time. Late at night seems to be the best for me. Less Network Traffic.
