Root [Boost Mobile] what phone did you own or did you goto

Just wandering what phone you left this phone for or what phone you left for the warp. I have owned 4 warps I came from a nicely smashed s3 the last time, but now use my warp as a backup I'm now using the lg l9 and a sequent. I still only check out the warp forum though. No other phone seems to have this much love put into it, the amount of work I have seen dm do in these past 2 maybe 3?Years is insane. This phone still can keep up for what it is..

Sorry for not the most interesting ? But I haven't seen much action around here this week.
 
I liked my original Warp so much that I bought another as a dedicated dev unit and a third as a company phone. Two of these ended up needing digitizer replacements (one developed erratic habits and the other met the hard cold office floor resulting in a nice big spider crack) which I recently completed (marking my first foray into the world of phone surgery!) and they're back up and running strong. I have never seen another phone have as easily rootable and as accessible as the Warp, and that's why I love working with it. It's cheap (my most recent one was only $35! :eek:) and powerful for the price, not to mention it can take a beating.

Summed up: Best. Phone. EVAR!
 
I know somehow I broke four screens on the warp,and luckily the sequent has flashable zips ( one click root)just like the o.g.my LG is a totally different story lol. I also check this forum everyday I wish my other phones had some active forums.
 
i came from the prevail rooted w ctmod it was a pretty standard phone till i put that on there, then it was sweet

but by no means touches the warp thats like a mini cooper next to grave digger lol ... but ive replaced 2 lcds and 3 usb chargers, now it seems im having internal hardware problems tons of glitches..... when i do feel its my time to get a new phone ill go to the moto g


i was thinking boost max bc its made by zte but dwammn 300 plus bucks naw and theres absolutely no forum for it so nope not for me
 
Also because Team Osiris does the Moto G, again, specifically Tattoed God. Great dev :D
The phone is super cheap, I'm thinking of selling my current Warp for like 40 bucks and my iPhone for $100 (high schoolers seem to love iPhones, mostly freshmen-- ICK) so I can get a Moto G and do AOSP for it :) or I'll just wait til I can do my taxes, and if I have the money then I'll just start buying parts for my new computer instead, since there are sales at random times :)

The Boost Max... well it looks like a good try -____-
 
Yeah I had the optimis v. Before the warp years ago. 2 weeks ago I spent 280 on a sequent and lg l9 I'm so mad I didn't get two moto g's one for me and one my girl. I love my l9 on cm11 but the moto g sounds amazing for the price.and the max looks awesome but after looking at pictures of it in peoples hands ...I'll stick with my tablet on the side
 
The sequent is actually a great phone for 100 bucks at Walmart, and just as easy to root as our faithful o.g warp. Anyone looking for a cheap upgrade would be very happy with that phone.

boost max is a huge phone but dwamn does it look sexiii


and werkz my girls got a sequent good phone i just dont like the way it feels in ur hands idk could b just me but its all backwords and sht

The MG is dual-core, 3G, with great battery life (partly due to the 3G, which I think is a great idea for those who don't care much for mobile data). TONS of custom roms so far, and the forum is really active. The Sequent is good too but its difficult to develop for and the community isn't very active either. The L9... haven't checked it out, I think my brother has that phone but I never really liked it. Besides I always figured it'd come with a locked bootloader or something to make it unrootable. And the Max just seems like Boost is trying too hard. The best budget phone for Boost is definitely the Moto G :) once again... can't wait to do my taxes so I can get it :D
 
I got the Warp 4g lte a couple months ago and I am very pleased. The 4g speed in my area is smokin and while developement is kinda slow hroark13 just came abourd working on CWM touch version. I see great things for this phone in the near future. :)
 
I owned an LG Optimus elite for about a year. (which I still use as like a mini tablet because I don't have mobile data services for it.) Switched phone companies back in January and picked up the Warp :thumbup: excellent phone! Still, felt like I needed more so right now I'm typing this from my brand new Moto G :cool:

Still, felt like I needed more so right now I'm typing this from my brand new Moto G :cool: the ZTE is still active on my 2nd line and my girlfriend uses Warp oem rom on a daily. I'm still trying to get a feel for this Motorola. :rolleyes::confused:
 
The optimus L9 is weird some have a locked boot loader some don't I got lucky (theres a workaround for eigther just more work)I like it more than my old s3, rooted with cydia i think. many roms for it mostly jb though..Running kit kat on it now. Great phone and amazing batt. Life. I just love the looks of the moto g. Booboo I'm jealous
 
Am I the only one left? I had a Blackberry, then the prevail, bought the Warp when It Came out. I must look like a fool posting all my gibberish in here now. I think I may go away for a while, and come back when I have a better phone.:bawling::bawling:
 
My first smart phone was the Prevail. It was my first taste of Android and rooting/ROM's. Unfortunately, I lost it in less than a year and decided to buy the WARP, which I still have since it is such a beast. Despite saying I would never by another ZTE product, I bought the WARP 4G a few months ago on the cheap, and couldn't be happier.

I still have mine! Lol

I've been through a lot with Warpy, its hard to let go. My boyfriend bought the nexus 5 and even though its an amazing phone, I still like my warp better.

I've been thinking of either getting the moto g or the warp 4g, but I keep putting it off.

no way im deff still here i just dont know how much longer itll b ole faithful is givin me some major porblems i honestly dont want a new phone :(:(:( i love this thing its amazingly amazing and so are all the devs over here.

i just told myself when it was time id move on lol so it will b the moto g for me.

besides i dont care what anyone thinks there never was, never is, and never will b a phone as epic as the n860:smokingsomb:

It took me 2 years just to sign up oil. Maybesome of the oother lurkers can sign up and say hi?. I checked the forum every night b4 showing up,and still do lol
