Root [Boost Mobile] Where is the SystemUI.apk located?

I want to create a theme in UOT, but I cannot find the SystemUI.apk?
I'm on stock/rooted B08c by the way.

It's in /System /app

near the bottom

And framework-res. Apk is in /system/framework

Oh yes and if you use uot without a deodexed base then the theme won't work with custom roms
