Root [Boost Mobile] wiped my rom!!!!!! HELP

can anybody help wiped my rom on accident. new to this how do I install a rom back on my phone only thing I can get into is cwm5.0.2.8.

Download whatever rom you want and transfer it to your sdcard. Boot into cwm and use volume keys and camera button to navigate to flash from zip

I was never worried

By the way ALWAYS make a nandroid backup before flashing a rom.
