Root [Boost Mobile] Working ROMS/MODS/KERNELS/MODEMS/ECT for the Boost S3

Thanks for the rsponse. I am currently on the dandroid rom. I didn't have to do the MMS fix when I first flashed so I'm assuming that if I flash the midnight rom and at some point decide to go back to dandroid that I wouldn't need to do the MMS fix, right??

Just test your mms sms and if it works then your good if not them use the fix all will be good then:)

Also, do not flash any other kernels with the MidnightROM. It clearly states this in its thread. It will brick you phone. I am going to add this bit of information to the ROM link itself.

I see that some people are saying you have to change apn settings for mms to work. This my be true I didn't have to change anything when I flashed this rom but thats not to say this isn't true. just test your mms sms and if it works your good. If not try mms fix and see if that fixed the problem. I came straight from stock boost to midnightgs3 and didn't have to change anything. But some may have to.

It's all good. One of the very first things I mention in the OP is that they will probably have to do the MMS fix . I only had to do it with the first ROM I flashed. So far all of the ROMs afterwards have not need it. Thankfully it's an easy fix too and only take a few minutes.

Man there is a lot of stuff to play with on MOAR! The Xposed Framework is great when paired with X Blast Tools.

The only thing that I cannot get to work is the LMT Pie Controls. (Which has nothing to do with Xposed, bad segue)

Read some of the XDA thread and found a fix. I downloaded the newest version of LMT from XDA and now it works!

ive ran this rom for a while. i think im keeping it for a while. which version did you flash? reading on xda 6.0 may be buggy. glad you got lmt working. you will enjoy this rom

Looks like I am running MOAR 5.01

I looked at a few if the other ROMs on the list. Wicked Sensations is nice too, but so far this is the best TW ROM if the ones I tried.

I thought that the LMT stuff would just be a cute gimmick, but it is actually pretty useful. It was worth the time trying to get it to work.

I had to get coordinated to take this screenshot.

I may be wrong but I assume that LMT will work on any rooted Sprint SG3 JB TW Rooted ROM

Sorry guys had to return my gs3 vm phone do to horrible service where I live.I have the same phone but through T-Mobile. I get great service with them. I tried everything to get better service to no avail. Hope all the best for you guys. :)

Did you try going in and setting your service to CDMA only? Since I have no 4g in my area and was having such a hard time with my HTC One SV dropping calls, I changed over to CDMA only and it helped. I was still dropping calls with my SV but not as bad as I was before making the change.

I run my S3 on CDMA only now and rarely have signal issues. ;)

For those of you wondering where those settings are, they can be accessed via Settings/More settings/Mobile networks/Network mode. :D

Yes I did all the network settings thing and no changes. I live a distance from the city and Sprint don't have any towers out in my area.

THE MOAR ROM UPDATE v6.0 HAS JUST BEEN POSTED!!

Read the change log people! It's amazing what these guys are doing with this ROM.:D

I'm on MOAR rom 6.0 I put the red Magnum Wa theme on and my toggles are green! I tried to flash theme again still no go? Known bug?

I have cleared dalvik and cache same outcome

Did you do a factory reset too? Dirty flashing is not advised.

I would head over and read the actual ROM thread. To save you some time. Start with posts dated from the 28. The posts from that date on will be discussing the update and possible bugs. I have read through many of the posts and there are a few bugs that have been found. There are also steps provided to fix the majority of those issues. Toggle colors not changing are one of the issues that have been addressed. There are posts explaining how to fix this issue.

FOR FUTURE ISSUES WITH ROMS LISTED, PLEASE READ THE ACTUAL ROM THREADS FOR KNOWN BUGS AND FIXES. THAT IS WHERE YOU WILL FIND THE MAJORITY OF YOUR ANSWERS. USUALLY THE SAME FIXES THAT WORK FOR SPRINT ROMS WILL WORK FOR THE BOOST PHONE TOO. :D
THANKS.

Are you guys getting 4g with moar?
I can't get it on moar or carbon, I used piggyback.zip several times on each without prevail... I don't get to test 4g until I'm out working, which makes it hard to tinker with because of the time it takes while on the job.
