Qualcomm has also released updated version of the chipset named MSM7227a which has pretty same hardware (QDSP5 too), but ARMv7 core. Devices with MSM7227a are able to run ICS out of box!
The warp has a ARM V7 msm8655 snapdragon

We know. And its a msm8655. Code aurora forum also has source code for the msm7x30_surf that is for qualcomm.
I do believe this was brought up when Hroark posted about it. Being set up has nothing to do with it. I have built caf from source. It is a pia take it fully working. Just like cm9.

You can use flash with Jelly Bean, I have it on my tablet, it just isn't in the store and Chrome doesn't support it. The stock browser works with it just fine. Really that's the same as it is for us right now.
