Root Boot Loader Question

Ive watched multiple videos on this tried it many times and still havent got it to work.
i dont know how i took the metropcs off the screen but i cant change the boot pic to something else.

i made a video of me rooting it restarting the phone opening bootloader and doing everything all the tutorials show.

if anyone could watch my boring video and let me know where im not getting this really appreciate it.
any animation i choose never downloads it just sits there saying its downloading but on the top of the screen it just says sending request and thats it. just stays there

same issues, but you can go to your goodies folder and delete the bootanimations in that folder and try it again.

meaning deleting it off the sd card? or in the system folder?

file manager on sdcard...there should be a goodies folder...

still doing the same thing, im lost.... guess ill try to uninstall it all and try again from scratch i guess, it still says sending request and doesnt go any further and has the downloading animation and installing but not doing anything......

same thing here also...the server might be down from where the apk downloads from.
