Help Boot Loop Fix?

My phone was working fine until I turned it off one night. Now it's stuck in a boot loop. I tried to reset it using volume down + power, but all I got was a white screen that said FTM.

When I connect it to the computer, it only recognizes it for a second, then disappears so I can't fastboot it or anything.

Is there anything else I can do or should I just go ahead and call AT&T for a replacement?

I had this last night. Turned out to be dead battery. Phone loops when plugged into wall. But not on battery. But if battery dead then no turn on. Try charging it over night and then see if it turns on. But on battery not plugged in.

The only other time this happened was when low on memory less than 1 mb. Volume down and left button (bottom 3 under screen) booted to reformat option. If not try volume down and middle button.

Make sure you charge it over night. And then turn it on but don't hold anything down. Just press power for 3 seconds and then let go when you see it book. Nothing else. It should boot normal.

It didn't work. All I got was that FTM screen again...
I'll just call for my replacement since it's still under warranty.

You have to hold power button, volume up and menu button (far left button of 3 on bottom) then the reset menu pops up. Use the volume down button to scroll and the back button to select. Then take the phone and throw it into the fireplace

Nothing works. But if you are with AT&T and it is under a year old they will send you a replacement. Just got mine.

You can hold down every combinations you can find on Google, but getting the replacement was the only thing that got me a working Android phone.

No more off brands for me when this one dies.
