Root Boot Loop Help Please!

So I just rooted my Bionic, which went fine. I had superuser access. Then I downloaded rom manager, clockwork mod, and the bootstrap to make a backup. Made the backup. Downloaded Theory Rom Honeyscream Shifter Edition, put it on my sd card. Wiped data, wiped cache, and wiped dalvik cache, and then installed rom from zip. It starts booting the rom, but it is stuck in a constant boot loop now.

I am trying to do the FXZ File fix with RSD. Is this the only way to fix the looping issue?

Yeah, what dfib said, did you flash the rom and tpak at the same time? If so, thats a no-no and will cause boot loops. You need to flash the rom, boot up your phone, set it up, then go back into recovery and flash the tpak with a Cache & Dalvik wipe only.

Also, did you also do a Format Data/Factory Reset?

Your best bet in a Boot Loop is to check out THIS thread.

The problem was I installed the tpak theme before the base rom, lol. I had to download the forever root tool and restore the phone to stock to fix it. I then re-rooted and reinstalled the theme from there.
