Help boot loop help

so i turned of my phone then i turned it back on and bam its loops all the way where the chick says virgin mobile then it shuts off and repeats the process. Please help!!!

You need to dish out a lil more info, I'm guessing ur completely stock since I don't believe any rom has the virgin mobile sounds

Did u do anything to the phone system wise, like root and play around in folders


If the phone is 100% stock I believe if u pull the battery during startup it should set system to defaults

If it is continuing to bootloop it could be hardware related

If the battery pull doesn't work, I'd flash a stock nandroid backup (there's a download link somewhere in the stickys). If that doesn't work, then it's time to call VM for a replacement.

good that you got it working again, sometimes apps can cause this, so if it were to happen again, once you got the phone going again id say uninstall any apps u recently installed and see if it still happened
