Root boot loop help

im stuck in boot loop, im on pac man rom and my phone ran out of battery and once i put it to charge and tried to turn it on it boot looped. all i really want is my data to restore but when i wipe all flash the rom and restore data it boot loops again. i didnt have anything on the data or system that would cause a boot loop. is the any way to restore my data another way from my 4 ext recovery backup. or is there a way to fix the boot loop?

Yes. it does. I know davidmargolin used it with 4EXT a while ago.

No, I think it's best to re-flash the same ROM and restore from the nandroid backup. If you can't boot a ROM at all you wouldn't have any apps or data to recover.
