Help Boot loop, reset, no service???

Ok, so here's what happened... Had my Rezound charging while powered on. Once it got to full charge(green light), I powered it down still plugged in. About 30 mins later I turned it back on(I think unplugged now) and it went into a reboot loop. After reading the forums I took out the SD card and SIM card and did a factory data reset. I reinstalled SIM card and turned back on, went thru setup screens but once it tried to connect to my backup account it couldnt do it. I can not get any signal at all on my phone now??? All it is saying is no service!! Any ideas? Thank you!!

Only tossing out a suggestion.. you might make certain the sim card is completely seated. Good luck.

With the sim card out, go to your dialer and type # *#*4636*#*#, then click on phone settings. Change it to AUTO LTE/CDMA. Then just back out of the menus...

Ok... So not sure what the hell is goin on with my Rez. Powered down again and put on charger for 2+ hours. Powered back up and BAM!! I have full service again. Thanks for the info guys!
