Root Boot-Loop with MetaMorph?

So my phone has been working fine, I download MetaMorph and then it starts boot-looping. I manage to uninstall it before a reboot and everything is back to normal! Anyone else had this issue? Or is this just a crazy coincidence? I'm asking because I'm wondering if I should be concerned about anything else.

Wow, now it is going back through a loop. Looks like it's time to flash the new ROM that I've been meaning to do for awhile!
