Help Boot loop

Lurker
Okay this is a different boot loop from everyone else's. I have searched.

Okay when i turn my phone on , it only shows the three robots on the skateboards , and it will show that for about , 8 seconds , then the screen will go black , and the robots will come back on again , then turn off. It will repeat this forever. It started doing this right after my phone died for a night , then i came home and charged it fully. That's when it started looping over and over. I have never rooted or flashed it or whatever causes everyone else's boot loop. The last time i plugged it into a computer was 4 months ago. Uuh , the water damage sticker is just polka dotted red and white. But the phone has not come near water at all , matter of fact the closest it has been to water was just sweat when i went on a bikeride today , and it was in my backpack. Im just totally clueless about what's happening. Sorry i typed so much , tried to detail everything as much as possible. & Yes i have removed the battery , and even tried vol down + power + call to reset it. Get back to me soon. Thanks.

FWIW, red polka dots on the water damage indicator is normal - no water exposure. It's when it is pure red when it shows that it's been soaked.

On the factory reset, did you ever get a message asking you to press the trackball to reset? You need to hold voldn and send until you see that message, IIRC.

Yeah , it reset and everything. Ive reset it twice already.

Wait , how do you do factory reset? When i do the voldwn , call , and end , it says clear storage. and it tells me to hit the trackball. And it clears the memory. How do you do a factory reset when the phone is off?
