are you on 1.5 or cl14? remove the battery for 20 sec and try again.

1.5 (i think i have 1.5) I had my battery out for about an hour and put it back in and still looped. I went to samsungs page and got their "update" thing and flashed it so its "working" but not as well as out of the box. I don't want to go and return it for a new moment. I wanted a hero but the people with my carrier said that I would like the moment because of texting. Also I had a phone that was 100% touch screen and the screen glitched and "broke" so it was impossible to do anything. So I refuse to get anything that isn't duo.
